#35: I Will Make a Ghost of Who Tempts Me.

In somewhat of a reaction to sticky, sappiness of lasts month's mix, I now present to you my dear subbascribers with the heaviest, noisiest and most "metal" mix I could muster. It's loud and abrasive and a little difficult to listen to at high volumes straight through. This mix is surely not for everyone. So consider the faint-of-heart among you, warned.

Still I must confess a couple caveats to the said "metal-ness" of this NEIMT.

First, I am not a true metal music fan. Traditional metal groups like Iron Maiden or Megadeth (or Dokken if that's your thing) never really had much appeal to me. Same with the really dark demon-image loving stuff like Cannibal Corpse and the like. You'll find none of that here. So the purists can save the angry emails about how "unmetal" and lame you think this mix is.

Not being a fan of traditional metal has certainly not hindered my love for music that is loud, harsh and full of throat scraping screams. A lot of this mix is more on the indie/hardcore side of the metal spectrum, but all are songs that beg to be turned up really loud and have never failed to get my head banging and my air drumming arms flailing. I love everyone of these noisy nuggets. Hope you do to.
